I have had 2 Snap On Ratchet Wrenches to be replaced, They were Supposedly Ordered about 6 weeks ago.. Still No replacements.. All my Snap On Guy keeps saying is that he has them ordered and doesnt know why he hasnt got them yet.. Login to read more.
