Thanks for making that clear . Pds or ngs I see your will need to spend 2400 + for the vcm set up .If you are just doing later models sounds like the pds is cheaper being it runs on a pocket pc instead of having to buy Ngs scanner [...] you can not buy Pds yet... Login to read more.
