I use GM #1050002 in the manner stated directly on the can:

Warm engine, disconnect downstream AIR if equipped.

Remove air cleaner. Run engine @ 1000 RPM pour 2/3 of contents into throat, then pour last 1/3 fast, to stall engine. Let sit as long as you can... Login to read more.
