I also use the PDA 2100A with PC-Link 2.0 on both a lap top and a desk top type pc. Both have Windows XP Professional on them with one difference: the lap top was an upgrade and the desktop was a clean install. The lap top will work with PC-Link 2.0... Login to read more.
