Fluke 98 Capacitive Secondary Pickup Cable

I have a Fluke 98II. Does anyone out there know where I can get a Capacitive Secondary Pickup Cable p/n PM9096/101,Inductive Pick Pickup Cable p/n PM90 and a Demo Board or will AES# 01-712-bnc fluke work just as well for the cable.
