Joe I just pickup a MTS5100 on Ebay for 1/3 cost of a new one The Modis Basic kit is $7100.00 Yes it has a scanner But then you have to ad all the adapters and the connections arent standard It DOES NOT have the capabilty to perform a balnce test or engine... Login to read more.
