Take breather cap off , aim flashlight in reservoir & see if it's foaming during lift cycle. If it is the seal kit needs to be replaced. Sometimes you can just tighten the pump it self & it will cure the problem. I have artwork of pumps ... if you email me I c... Login to read more.
