Anyone using the new Rotary 'inbay' lifts?

Hello all, busy equipping the new workshop. We are in the market for 3-4 lifts and I have been eyeing the Rotary line.

Has anyone used the Rotary "inbay" lift system? Seems interesting but I wonder if the flash is worth the price? Gimmick or good?
