Which of these two on-car brake lathes is "best" & why?

1) Pro-cut PFM 9.0 (replaces the older PFM 900) 2)Hunter OCL360

Cannot consider caliper-mounted on-car brake lathes as GM does not recommend that type for warranty purposes.
