a friend of mine has a uk spec smp4000 i think this is the same as your sun 450 / 500 he has noise on the labscope screens on the higher voltages ie 5v 20v 50 v but not the lower voltage scale ie 1v you would think it would show up on the lower more sensitive ... Login to read more.
