AFAIK the only vehicles having problems with on-board programming using the Tech 2 are 97 & up Corvettes, and all Cadillacs with the Northstar. The problem is other modules tie up the network and interfere with the reflash. The Cadillac PCM is easier to remove... Login to read more.
