I use an old product called Rislone for this. NEVER A FLUSH!!! Rislone cleans up varnish quickly, and heavy deposits more slowly, never breaks chunks of cornflakes loose to plug the pickup. It sometimes takes a treatment or two to get things done, use in place... Login to read more.
