OK, so what we want is a self-sense auto shutoff. If after a set amount of minutes, the probe detects no magnetic field between the jaws...THEN it auto-offs itself. Gotta be a way to make that happen (Relative zero and knowing if the field is in fact zero bein... Login to read more.
