Hi Kelly, I'm not disagreeing with your views about the use of a true RMS meter as verses the averaging meter. In our shop, we rarely ever use a lab scope to diagnois a driveability problem, most of the time we use the Fluke 87 to check the circuits & grounds ... Login to read more. ![]()
