All of the Penske auction Rotary lifts here are either "floor cable" arm lifts, or overhead cable "pad" lifts. I would rather have overhead lifts. Does anyone know what it takes to convert a "pad" lift (both arms seem to join to a long padded rail on each side... Login to read more.
