Tried to Reflash a GM on a 2001 4wd 8.1L. Used a Mac Mentor(same as genisys) and it crashed the trucks computer. I have a buddy at the GM dealership, and he told me that those trucks are not reprogrammable for everything that the software offers. Well it just ... Login to read more.
