Hi Rick, Im not familiar with the NGS, but does it have a contrast adjustment? Some of our scanners have a wheel on the side for cotrast, about the same spot Techs like to put their thumb. Somone comes to me at least once every 6 weeks or so saying the scanner... Login to read more.
