ForScan Works on One truck but not another

ForScan being used with USB Link 2,

no issue hooking up to a 2012 F250 gas vehicle, but when trying to hook up to another 2012 F550 diesel it keeps saying can not connect make sure key is on - used snap on Zeus and no issues connecting, all modules good etc.... Login to read more.
