You'ld be wrong - Digital Tach/Dwell/Duty cycle meters have been around for decades - the 1 I own is a Snap-On PDM MT500 that I bought nearly 30 years ago and still works proper...mine also includes the measuring of volts/ohms/current (up to 50 amps)/and RPM's... Login to read more.
