Re: Doing Business In Today's Enviorment
Posted to Tool & Equipment Forum on 2/19/2022

Thanks for your insight.I posted what I did BC these were my major concerns over the years I ran my business & what I dwelt with most customers in my area.Don't get me wrong I had a bunch of great ones that knew I had much invested in tools, equipment,& training but there were many that always hassled me about what I charged them. And in many cases if I took longer to diagnosis & repair their vehicle than I thought I should have (my estimations) I would not charge for the actual time spent & I still got grief. This along with equipment support...not so much the costs as I knew I needed proper equipment & continued training to be able to understand & repair these vehicles..& bad parts ( even quality USA manufactured parts ) really left a bad taste in my mouth...tho I did & still love the auto repairing industry.
