Okay I figured it out. The steps are:

Downloading a recorded event To OTC/GTI

Power up scanner

Go to main screen ie: GM, Ford, Chrysler

Press F2 F2 2 2

Pick make, model, etc

Choose OEM tests

Press F2 F2 7
