I was wondering how much weight the steel trusses can hold? It's a flat roof with steel floor trusses. I was wondering if I could run an I beam from the trusses and attach a trolley with a hoist. Would be using it to lift engines (4-8 cylinders). Please let me know if the trusses can handle that weight. They are hanging the shop heaters from the trusses so they can obviously carry some weight but I'm not sure what loads they can handle. Not sure how I would find that out either. Any help would be awesome!! Happy Holidays guys!
