I'm surprised no one has mentioned burning the carbon out with an oxy/acet. torch. Get the carbon glowing, switch off the acet. and crank up the oxygen. Just make sure you have lots of oxygen if you have a long egr passage run. (Like Honda intake manifolds.) Y... Login to read more.
