Years ago I bought an OTC Vision Premier. The computer sent with it crashed a few years ago but recently I have discovered a need for this tool. Anybody who knows OTC understands you need a authorization code to enable the software to work on a new computer. I spoke with OTC Tech Support this morning and they do not service this very expensive tool anymore nor are they able to give me the activation code. Does anybody know where I can acquire this code or somebody who can hack the code. I can't see where that would be illegal since I paid OTC for the tool and they cannot make it work for me. OTC, if you're listening, I am looking into replacing my scan tool but issues like this make me reluctant to continue buying your products.
