It took almost 3 hrs using the RAP on an exterra TCM a few months ago. I don’t know if they are doing multiple cars at once, and are perhaps busy. But it was pain free for us, just answer the phone and cycle the key at the end. We have not replaced any Nissan ... Login to read more.
