Thats correct , the hardware is..... but the software isnt. Vetronix says the otc tech2 flash, and the Vetronix tech2 with the yellow disc's are available to any one. Only if you are a AcDelco TSS participant you can get the gm aqua disc's at extra cost. Now..... Login to read more.
