Hello and thanks for taking your time. I have a very well kept Vcm 2. I keep having a problem of when I am using it a message pops up stating it is no longer communicating with vcm. I have a dedicated pc a dell with windows 7 pro loaded. It happens with the wireless thumpdrive as well as the cable. I can unplug the cable and it will pop up saying no vcm detected so it's seeing it. I have no idea where to begin trouble shooting this. It is happening more and more often. Any suggestions on what to do would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Tony
