Help me Upgrade our Mitchell On Demand Workstation

Greetings,

I'm doing research for a major hardware upgrade of our shop's Mitchell On Demand PC. Presently, it's just a 386 with 8 megs and on scuzzy cd rom a 1X or 2X , I believe. I will soon build a new system.
