Had a 1991 Saturn come in the other day with the radiator fan inoperative, running hot. Checked the fan circuit and found the PCM was not grounding the fan relay. There was also a Code 26, Quad Driver Failure. Since the circuit checked OK, I recomme... Login to read more.
