Hello Michael,

I was contacted about your situation two days ago. Looked into it behind the scenes and found your GscanTAB software was not properly registered. I cannot venture an opinion as to why that was. So, I wonder if you have been able to load any updates to keep the tool operational.

At this point it is now registered correctly and you should be able to update the software and use the tool. Please feel free to call me if you continue to have any issues. I am glad to work with the Farsight folks to get any ongoing issues resolved. And yes, the GScan software is a solid platform in my experience.
