OK, so the violet lamp gives the glow & the blue lamp does not... I have a violet U-View & a blue Tracer products (Optimax). I hadn't noticed that the violet causes the non dyed oil to glow. Just been aggravated that neither will show Tracers own dye in motor ... Login to read more.
