I went thru 2 VCM2s before I swapped out #3 in trade for a 2534 box and a vcm1. The VCM1 has been a rock now for 4 years. the 2 broke twice, and even when it worked, it would sometymes freeze up the IDS or the vcm manager and Id have to force a close with task... Login to read more.
