I went to foot dr. awhile back and he made me some custom orthotic inserts. They are hard plastic and I put them under my shoe inserts. I just wear a some Nonslip VANS style shoes. The inserts have almost eliminated my knee and hip pain. Well worth the 200.00 ... Login to read more.
