Not necessarily true. The Hunter Hawkeye Elite target is pulled tight to the wheel. A wheel that can not deflect like a tire can is being referenced. The AC400 clamps reference the tire which IS a surface that can be susceptible to deflection. Technically Hunt... Login to read more.
