Re: Pico or EScope
Posted to Tool & Equipment Forum on 12/30/2017 2 Replies

Andrew,

I haven't personally used the Pico but do have the EScope Limited and absolutely love it. I believe the EScope samples faster and it definitely gives you the ability to view things in 2 different time bases. I don't believe anyone else offers that on a scope. It also runs a bias voltage on the channels so you know for sure whether or not you're making a good connection. Completely eliminates that "did I find my problem or am I just not making good contact" question. The limited is a great value for a good 4 channel and even the basic package comes with a great set of leads. The 8 channel pro is even faster and has the ability to bidirectionally control through scope hook ups as well as sensor simulation software. Plan to pick it up at a later date. Hope this helps! Happy New Year!
