If you only need an adapter for a 7.3 frame pump or filter housing, they are on Ebay, add a 1/8 NPT barb fitting. I used a my Snap On high pressure fuel gauge ( I cut the hose barb brass crimp off to modify) and a section of fuel hose, with clamps about 6 feet... Login to read more.
