Hey Kevin, I had same issue when I went to program a older Chrysler 2009 and down, the site doesn't have downloads for j2534 devices, 2010 and up you can program all the modules. I'm pretty sure its same as it was few months ago. 2009 and down you can only do... Login to read more.
