I have a few pairs of 1/4" wall steel angle sections..2" long, 4" long, etc...I cut/machined the to length in matched pairs. Grab a pair of angle piece and hold them around the axle, use a hose clamp if necessary...works on all diameters of stuff. Very versati... Login to read more.
