Here in St. Louis, we have emissions and safety inspections that are good for 2 years 1996 and up. 1995 and down just safety. IMO it brings in pretty good amount of revenue, not so much as the check engine lite, but the loose front end parts, bald tires, etc. ... Login to read more.
