I thought the same thing Bob, So I contacted DCtools and asked for a Min Requirement sheet ..then Checked my Laptop make sure it was updated and all requirements Met. I then Switched to another Laptop ( windows 7 on both ) and it did not make any Difference. ... Login to read more.
