Understood. But, the only reason not to have it, is if you have an issue with tis2web, etc. What they don't tell you, is that Win 8.1 is basically an enhanced win7. I have not had any issues with GDS2, Tis 2 Web, or anything else, over hundreds of flashes/scan... Login to read more.
