I have only had a couple times where the rechargeable batteries didn't work. Those times were when they were electronic items with 6 or 8 batteries in them. At that point 8 standard 1.5 volt batteries will be 12 volts, 8 rechargeable batteries will be 9.6 volt... Login to read more.
