I tried that on my arm, it made it worse. In some ways I'm thinking rhumatoid arthritis as it was hitting heavy on the right arm, now the left. But x-rays on the right shoulder and elbow showed nothing. And my right knee keeps acting up too as part of the deal... Login to read more.
