In addition to the Modis, Id throw in a used Vetronix/Bosch MTS 5100 or 5200 as a good option. They are clunky navigating, the screens can fade and lose contrast if abused, battery lyfe was eternally a headache... But they did damn nice ignition for lowish dol... Login to read more.
