When the bolt is flush with the head, (build it up with welder) weld a fender washer to the bolt. Weld the outside of a nut to the washer, weld in the center of the nut to the stud. Remove broken bolt. Repeat if the weld didn't hold. Use fender washer with sam... Login to read more.
