There are 2 versions of the Techstream. The original Techstream would work on OBD1 & OBD2 Toyota, however the Techstream lite only works on 96 & up. Not sure how the original Techstream works, however the Techstream Lite has to have a subscription to TIS to wo... Login to read more.
