You can turn the delay off by disabling auto-select...HOWEVER...you cant save it to grab n go that way. WHenever the tool powers down, it will automatically return to AUTOSELECT/DELAY ON. If you wanna kill the delay, you will have to manually menu out to setti... Login to read more.
