Its tough. I literally jump on it when its down and it holds my 155lbs just fine. It is very stable even at 6'. It is awesome. I guess I am kind of an overkill guy. I am not really a fan of any other options out there. The table size is 30"x32". It has 3" lock... Login to read more.
