I have used CO2, Argon, Argon mixes and shop air for evap testing. Don't recomend shop air due to possible fire hazard. Big advantage to CO2 is, not only will it not burn, but you can use your 5 gas analyzer to find leaks. All will work with the evap machines ... Login to read more.
