No, unfortunately to run the latest HDS software you must have the SPX MVCI. The first scan tool I bought was an OTC Pegisys scan tool. I didn't care for the tool but found that vci on the back of it can be used with HDS. I suggest finding a Pegisys and then ... Login to read more.
